Muscle building or bodybuilding is a sport involving physical exercise to gain strength, enlarging the muscles of your body and reducing bodyfat at the same time. It is that simple.
MY APPROACH TO PERSONAL TRAINING AND PHYPOSOPHY IN MUSCLE BUILDING OR BODYBUILDING
Consistency is everything. If you want to increase your lean mass and lower fat, you have to stick to your diet and to lifting. A solid physique is built step-by-step.
We will create an aesthetic body shape for you using the right exercises for the right area and correcting imbalances.
The training programs will be tailored and will apply progressive overload, which means you will have to increase progressively the weights you lift and the level of the workouts you do.
EXERCISES AND EQUIPMENT
We will use a combination of free weight, dumbbells barbells and machines during the workout. We will also incorporate squats, pull-ups, deadlifts, rows and barbell presses into the routine to increase the muscle stability when you lift.
NUTRITION AND BODYBUILDING
To build muscles you have to be on a specific diet to have enough nutrients to increase weight. You have to eat the right amount of protein, carbohydrates and fats during the day. It is important to know what to eat and when to eat; I will teach you what to do. It is all logical, but some of it is not particularly obvious.
Who is it suitable for?
In practice, those aged 18 to 60 are likely to do best with it. As you get older, for biological reasons the progress you can make is more limited.
I will train those at any level, from beginners to advanced, and I am confident that I have something to teach anyone at any level.
WHAT DOES IT TAKE?
In return, you would need to commit to making a big effort. You would need to be able train at the gym from three to five times a week. You would need to challenge yourself improving your everyday diet. The exercise will be challenging and the diet can be dull. But you can't buy the rewards. You can only earn them.
WHEN DO RESULTS START SHOWING?
The key question for most people, I imagine! Results really start to show after about three months. You can expect to see bigger chest, shoulders, arms and a smaller waist. Your bodyfat will come down and you will see a much higher level of strength.
