I have extensive experience of training a wide range of different clients whether they are experienced gymgoers or complete novices, from 20 years old to 70 years old. None of my clients are elite sports people, although many are great athletes.
Before we start working together, I provide a detailed consultation so that I can understand your fitness goals and expectations. This is essential in order for me to set up an effective program for you.
After the consultation, I always provide a trial session on the gym floor, where I can evaluate your fitness level, your strength, your flexibility and find possible imbalances and weak points.
Short term, middle term, and long-term goals will be set up at this stage and they will be evaluated periodically to keep on track and keep you very motivated.
Once we agree on the type of training and frequency of the PT sessions, I will give you dietary advice to make sure you can reach your goals in the short period of time. It is extremely important to correct your diet whether you want to get leaner, more muscular or stronger. Optional supplementation advice is also given for advanced athletes.
