Future goals and expectations
Current main lifts
History of injuries
Gym equipment available to use during the sessions
Current diet food preferences and allergies
Daily routine and times of the day you can eat

Experience on the gym floor and quite good knowledge how to perform exercise
Men and women
Intermediate to advanced customers
WHEN DO RESULTS START SHOWING?
Results start showing off after 6 weeks
It takes about 12 weeks to see a noticeable transformation
HOW DOES IT WORK? HOW OFTEN THEY MUST SEND ME PICTURES?
The client must send pictures and ask a given questionnaire every 5 to 7 days to see:
Differences in strength
Level of stamina
Body changes to new diet regimes and supplements
HOW OFTEN WILL THE DIET BE CHANGED?
The diet will be reviewed and adjusted according to the needs
In case the main goal is muscle building the diet can be adjusted every couple of weeks according to the progress
When the main goal is fat loss and toning the diet must be adjusted more often since the body is more sensitive to changes
