WHEN DO RESULTS START SHOWING?
Results start showing off after 6 weeks, with a noticeable transformation around 12 weeks.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
The client should send check-in photos of their physique every 5 to 7 days, and address questions relating to:

Level of stamina

Body changes to new diet regimes and supplements
HOW OFTEN WILL THE DIET BE CHANGED?
The diet will be reviewed and adjusted according to progress made and current needs. For muscle building, approximately every 2 to 3 weeks, and for fat loss more frequently, since the body is sensitive to changes.
